He is the Founder of Charming Realtors, a firm specializing in primary and secondary real estate markets across Mumbai and its expanding suburbs. Before founding Charming Realtors, Mr. Beria had an illustrious career with Reliance Industries Limited, where he headed the Real Estate Division until June 2003. During his tenure, he successfully spearheaded the land acquisition for 280 fuel stations and 1,150 retail web stores, playing a pivotal role in creating a nationwide telecom sales and service infrastructure for the Reliance Group. Following Reliance’s acquisition of BSES in 2003, Mr. Beria led critical corporate functions including Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, and Risk Assessment until 2017. He also led the task force responsible for framing the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) Regulations under the Electricity Act 2003, contributing significantly to policy formulation and industry governance. With his extensive leadership experience and strategic insight, Mr. Beria established his own venture under the name Property Plus, which was later rebranded as Charming Realtors to align with evolving industry standards and regulatory reforms. Under his guidance, the firm earned recognition among the top 30 real estate consultancies in Mumbai’s western suburbs, known for professionalism, market intelligence, and client trust.

Pankaj Chaturvedi is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished business development strategist with a proven track record in driving growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, and relationship management. He played a pivotal role in the International Banking Group at ICICI Bank, where he led initiatives that expanded the bank’s liability business across the USA and Canada, while personally managing investment portfolios of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). His tenure there reflects deep expertise in financial structuring, client acquisition, and cross-border business expansion. Transitioning from banking to entrepreneurship, Pankaj has founded and scaled multiple successful ventures, showcasing his ability to identify emerging opportunities and convert them into sustainable business models. His strategic insight and execution capability position him strongly in the evolving real estate ecosystem, particularly in the primary market segment where trust, foresight, and relationship capital drive success.
